Two tie-breaks, contest decided by small details
Arnaldi’s path to the Brisbane tournament è ended in the round of 16. The Italian, after beating, convincingly, Popyrin in the first round, è surrendered to Opelka in the next round. The 27-year-old American è won at the end of two hard-fought sets: 7-6, 7-6 the partials (in just under two hours of play).
