Milan, Calabria furious after latest rumors: fiery statement
Milan coach Paulo Fonseca's furious statements after the match against Red Star have sparked many rumors about the players in the Rossoneri coach's crosshairs: among them would be Davide Calabria, who was replaced amid booing during the Champions League match.
The Milan captain, who on the occasion had not shaken hands with Fonseca, reacted angrily to the rumors in a statement released on Instagram: “Hello everyone. I feel compelled to set the record straight. Over the past few months I have let a lot of things slide, avoiding responding to situations ‘unpleasant’ or invented in order not to waste time and energy. Perhaps I should have done so even earlier. Today I think the time has come to say a few words”.
