Luca Toni promotes Juventus and punishes Rafael Leao
Milan-Juventus: Luca Toni doesn’t mince words
Speaking at the microphones of “Radio Anch’io Serie A”, the former center forward of the Italian national team Luca Toni, among the various topics discussed, bluntly analyzed the 0-0 between Milan and Juventus on the last day of the championship.
“Juve played their game, without a role center forward they made a beautiful defensive match. The disappointment è was this Milan: Leao è improved a lot as an attitude, but he must not forget that his best quality è being decisive in the last thirty meters and in the one-on-one. He has to help after being a champion, he cannotè limit himself to rebounding” began the former Bayern Munich striker.
“I think Juventus has what it takes to get back into the Scudetto race. It’s a strong team, they defend within 20 meters, you struggle to score goals against them, and if they get Vlahovic back and he’s well, they can be very effective on offense as well. They all defend together, becauseè the forwards also do a great job in coverage, supporting the midfielders” continued the former Bianconeri center forward.
“Fiorentina is doing something extraordinary and has found a Kean who has realized he can be an important center forward. He has found a piazza that knows how to love, pamper him and a coach who values him. Now we must not put too much pressure on him, there are stronger teams, but when you are there; in front you face every game with more confidence” added the’former Viola forward.
“Moise è settled very well in Florence and then è he was good at making the qualitative leapà. Then è it is fundamental that something also clicks within him, becauseè when the first criticism comes you have to be you strong and prove that you are an important player” concluded Luca Toni about Moise Kean’s extraordinary start of the season with the Fiorentina jersey.
