The probable lineups

It promises to be a more balanced challenge than expected that between Empoli and Juventus: despite the difference in blazon level, the two teams share the fact that they have not yet lost an official match in this start of the season and want to continue in this vein even after the break, in the match scheduled at the ‘Castellani’ on Saturday at 18.

As for the hosts, coach Roberto D’Aversa è is oriented to deploy a 3-4-2-1 with Colombo up front, supported by Esposito and Solbakken, with Gyasi free to contribute from the right flank to the offensive phase. Defensive line of three, entrusted to Goglichidze, Ismajli and Viti.

On the other side, Thiago Motta wants answers after the 0-0 against Roma, which, from the point of view of play, represented a significant step backward compared to the sparkling victories against Como and Hellas Verona: to do so, room for new arrival Koopmeiners, who will settle in on the three-quarter line along with Cambiaso and Yildiz, behind Dusah Vlahovic.
