Omar Camporese è returned to speak at Fanpage microphones to clarify the meaning of an’interview on Jannik Sinner that made people discuss: “When people misrepresent your words, when you are targeted and you are told ‘shut up’ ‘you don't understand anything’ … well it’s annoying. I understand that everyone can have his own opinion, but the thought must always be expressed politely. When it goes beyond that I don’t like it anymore. I always say you have to read the articles: I would never allow myself at this time to speak ill of Sinner, Musetti or Italy itself. They won the Davis Cup and we still do not realize what an extraordinary fairy tale these guys”.
“On social and text messages I have been getting insults. I would like to be clear once and for all becauseé I do not have to hide anything from anyone and I always say what I think: Sinner right now canò be number one or number two for me. Drawing up a weekly or monthly ranking or è the strongest player in the world or second, but we want to see him at the top. What does he have to do for me? Because there is a 1,000 point difference in my opinion he has to be careful in those three months on clay. If he can do so much in that period he canò become number one in the world”

A lot of work needs to be done. È my opinion and I think his coach and staff think the same thing”.

Jorge Martin can finally make his debut on’Aprilia and in the MotoGP World Championship after missing the first races due to injury. Doctors have given the go-ahead for his return to the track, ruling him fit to compete in practice and the Qatar Grand Prix.
The reigning world champion will take to the track Friday on the No. 1 Aprilia for the first time in an official test since the disastrous crashes that caused him some fractures in winter testing and in training.
Martin’s goal is to adapt as soon as possible to the new bike in order to have his say over the course of the season, although the train for the World Championship seems to have now departed, given the current pace and superiority of the Ducatis and in particular Marc Marquez, Pecco Bagnaia and Alex Marquez.
Martin won the 2024 World Championship with the Ducati’s satellite Pramac team bike, bending Bagnaia.
